Had a nice time staying here. It's a peaceful place and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. the rooms come with a balcony, which is a nice touch. Plus, there are different bars and awesome restaurants nearby to grab a bite to eat 🍽️.

Spotless, huge units provided with a huge balcony, nice view, as for instance.

Airy room and staff is always really kind and enthusiastic.
Central location short walk to bars to spend the day, the beach and lots of restaurants/bars/shops, and bars and restaurants are very close to the hotel. The breakfast is amazing with a wide array of food.

Perfect location, lots of nice small family restaurants near. Clean, big rooms, comfortable beds. Breakfast is served at any time. A perfect place to spent 2-3 nights at Hue.

Its slap bang in backpacker land. Which is good because there's loads of cheap cafes, bars and tour desks, but it wasnt noisy or roudy. Room was towards the better standards for the price bracket
I seem to remember the concrete pillows made another appearence, heres a tip: when making a pillow stuff it with soft things. That tip is free. There was no drinks in the fridge. The air con was fiddely, took 15 minutes to get it going. The shower head was almost broken.

The only good thing was the location of the hotel. Central and close. And the restaurant opposite the hotel, does the best breakfast ever. Lovely people and the food is fresh and really good.
Unfriendly stuff, especially the woman in the morning. Arrogant and no interest and no customer service at all. The stuff was busy all day being on the computers they hardly realized who walked in and out. The room is very basic, unfriendly and not a place you want to come back and relax, the bathroom needs an urgent upgrade. No hot water the 3 days I stayed. There was a kettle and cups, but no coffee or tea bags in the room. The room got half cleaned every day, a noisy fridge which was empty, no mini-bar. Next door they were ripping off the bathroom, so hammering all day was on the norm, no possibility to relax.

This is a basic hotel that offer good value for money. Nothing flash but clean. Back bedroom is quiet. Location is great, just a block from pedestrian street at night. Staff organised private driver for us, which was great.
Poor internet reception in bedroom. Free breakfast at sister hotel Thai Binh iii was not well announced and cost us a breakfast. Make sure you ask reception for the voucher.

The staff was very excellent. The receptionist Tran was exceptional. She was very friendly and took care of everything. The rooms were very clean, the beds somewhat soft, the bathrooms excellent. This was an extraordinary value in Hue. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Also was close to all the sights, and right in the alley where the hotels are located were 4 very good restaurants. Overall, a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast included was off the menu, one drink and one omelette and bread and jam, but was delicious and more than adequate to start the day.

The Thai Binh 1 had an excellent staff and the value was tremendous. The rooms were large and spacious, WiFi was consistent, and the breakfast across the street was fantastic. It is probably as close to the Citadel as you can get, and it is situated right next to a few great restaurants on a street catering to tourists.
There was a pungent chemical odor emanating from the mattress, suggesting that it was time for a visit to the local Serta merchant. Tucking the sheets in tightly helped to negate it.
